GLASS TEMPERING FURNACE
Description
- Able to produce Low-E glass with E value above 2%
- ntelligent electric heating wire heating makes the glass evenly heated, and can be convectional heating up and down by programming control.
- Air-cooled, using ABB Inverter to control the blower speed to meet the requirements about energy saving and process requestments.
- An uninterrupted power system (UPS) is as standard configuration. Glass in the furnace can be moved to the quenching section when the power off.
- Use Mitsubishi Servo system in positioning and transmission to increase the accuracy and smooth transmission.
- Corresponding with EN-12150.2.2004 after quenching
- Special scissor cut design in the quenching Section, so that Easy to inspect inside the chamber and sweep off the glass particle.
