China Electric Automation Co., Ltd., formerly Hi-Tech Quartz Co., Ltd., was founded in 1983, to provide engineering and technical support to Taiwan's flourishing Glass Industry. Quickly establishing itself as a market leader, the company formed partnerships with Europe's leading glass machines specialists Z. Bavelloni of Italy, and Bystronic of Switzerland. Being in the era of communication and computer growth the company was quick to forge a further relationship with Germany's leading glass management software provider Albat + Wirsam.
